We’re looking for a team player within the Merchandising Men team, who lead the product aspect of the Innovasport Group Strategy in partnership with cross functional teams in territory and in APLA. The leader we’re looking for will leverage the guidelines and criteria to authenticate our brand and effectively serve our consumers in the most relevant way possible.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Read & React to consumer trends: Consumer insights, Market Share, Competitors landscape and business understanding. React to the Day to Day results with Future Looking assortment decisions.

• Adopt and tailor product line to best serve Innovasport Group Consumer. Focusing on consumer trends/demand, while looking for a sustainable, profitable growth.

• Own segmentation strategy to serve our consumers at the right place with the right product at the right time.

• Guarantee 13W product journey & Silhouette mix & pricing coverage, accordingly, to consumer needs.

• Inform planning on product strength to drive forecasting accuracy and allocations.

• Actively participation on the sell in process: Conversations with buyers regarding product strength and the strategy behind it, in order to influence the seasonal buy.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You’ll be part of the Mexico Merchandising Men Team and report directly to the Merch Men Director in Mexico. On the daily you will be working cross functionally with large and diverse teams, with variety of management styles. The teams you’re going to work with are: Innovasport Group MPU, Demand & Supply Management, Consumer Direct Marketing & MPO.
