We are looking for an Athlete and Retail Operations Specialist, someone passionate about Retail, Processes and Consumer Excellence.

This role is focus on Optimize labor and workforce to drive profitability. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by measuring the effectiveness of operational processes in store.

Drive and optimize store operations to connect the consumer to experiences and products. And enable 020 capabilities

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As Athlete and Retail Operations Specialist you will Own the Operational Excellence Program. The evaluation, implementation, documentation, training and deployment of all new and updated store processes and programs.

Oversee the labor processes of Workforce Management, Workforce Optimization and Workload Planning

Support both the Connected Capabilities Manager and Inventory Excellence Manager.

And Support new store openings and facilities

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

This role reports directly to Store Ops Director. You will be part of the Ops team within the Nike Direct organization, working directly to power the athletes who power the experiences from owned and partners’ stores.

Within Nike you will be collaborating closely with retail District managers, Facilities, IT, Membership and Store coaches.

Also, with Athlete and Retail Operations team in GEO and peers within the same geography.

Lastly, build a successful partnership with NDDC team.

Bachelor’s degree completed.

3 years of retail experience

Self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability and urgency to deliver results.

Strong data analysis and communication skill.

Strong Excel skills.

Intermediate level of English.

Experience working with Design programs is desired
