WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and training

• Minimum of three years relevant work experience, portfolio management experience preferred.

• Ability to effectively communicate to leadership to influence decision making and implement project deliverables

• Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills

• Proven track record to work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and effective multitasking

• Experience working with 3PL partners and/or in a Distribution Center is a plus

• Experience with the lean process or an equivalent is a plus

• Willing to travel up to 10%

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a 3PL Process Lead to join the North America 3PL Operations team. You will support the 3PL Operations team, projects driving our Purpose, and continuous improvement portfolio to meet Nike’s growth targets and our End to End Supply Chain vision. You will ensure that our portfolio of projects deliver the intended value to our consumers and business partners.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Drive development of the three-year roadmap.

• Build and deploy best in class Portfolio Management methodologies.

• Own portfolio status reporting, dependency mapping, and resource management tools and methodologies.

• Drive annual and Quarterly planning and prioritization process.

• Support and prepare Sponsor Portfolio reviews, reports, decks, agendas and content.

• Partner with the PMO and Technology on prioritization of work.

• Partner with Business on forecasted projects, prioritization, and intake.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner closely with the 3PL Operations team and 3PL NLS team in addition to other cross-functional leaders in Market Place Operations, Inventory, DSM, Finance and Logistics to manage and prioritize the 3PL continuous improvement portfolio.
