WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Business Analyst for our Leave and Accommodations function which is a part of the global Total Rewards Operations organization! This role provides key quality control activities such as auditing internal records and external vendor records to ensure accurate employee information and payment to support Nike HR’s vision of delivering world class employee experience. In addition, the candidate uses critical thinking and process improvement techniques to identify and implement efficiency improvement for existing quality control processes. The candidate needs to have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. In addition, they must have sophisticated Excel knowledge and familiarity with Time tracking systems and SAP and/or Workday. The candidate must be familiar with Lean-Agile methodologies and have the ability to create user stories to support the work.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you will be working with HR Benefit teams in both the Centers of Excellence (COE) and regional operational teams. You will develop and own the Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), provide reporting and analytics support across global Total Rewards operations, and complete benefit programs from a technical perspective in partnership with our Nike Tech team. In this role, you will run system testing, enhancement requests, and the scope of any tech work planned for each quarter. A typical day/week looks like this:
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will be reporting into the Benefits Operations Manager – Work Life and Leaves. You will work closely as a valued partner with Nike tech and regional Total Rewards operations teams. Lastly, this role will be responsible for any tech work and system updates with our vendors.
