As a Customer Service Advisor you will join a busy and friendly team where you will be equipped with all the tools necessary to be successful. What will I be doing as an Customer Service Advisor?

• Responding to all types of incoming correspondence
• Answer inbound calls from colleagues & customers aiming for a one stop resolution for all
• To be the support network for external and internal customers, this will involve providing quotes, orders on request and delivery to SLAs
• Using our extensive supplier network to source non stocked products for our customers within an agreed timeframe
• Support the team with developing processes and share ideas help solve common problems

What are we looking for in a Customer Service Advisor?**

• Your experience will include a min of 1 year working within an administration, customer service or a sales role
• You’ll have excellent communication both verbally and written
• Someone who would embrace working in an energetic sales environment
• You’ll be driven, want to succeed and have a positive & can do attitude
