The Sr Specialist will be responsible to providing support in developing, executing and monitoring the marketing actions and campaigns, launching events, tactic actions, corporate events and Customer experience tools. Their role includes working side by side with the partners in the region NSCs (National Sales Company) and the creative agency to coordinate and implement the marketing strategies. Needs to manage all the administrative work as the budget, shopping baskets and payments, etc. In addition, she/he will develop skills to provide strategic and actionable recommendations that aid for Nissan growth in both brand and portfolio aspects in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate/propose strategies and action plans that support the fulfillment of business objectives
Relations with other areas:
Finance: analysis of variations of the main KPI’s as well as the joint creation of strategies that lead to fulfilling the business plan.
Sales: according to the volume objectives and the defined business strategy, the commercial offer is jointly generated to complement the importer’s proposal.
Functional areas: constant negotiation on the budget required for the operation of the different areas, as well as the joint definition of the strategy to follow to comply with the business plan.
Sales operation: review of industry information by country to generate segmentation analysis and data consolidation.

General requirements:
Coordinate on-time/on-specs/error-free all MARCOM projects.
Work with NSCs (National Sales Company), external agencies and vendors to support the execution brand campaigns, product campaigns, events and tactic activities.
Act as an influencer with key internal areas to aid them take the best business decisions.
Reinforce the relationships with our supplier/partners.
Apply the Brand Governance (VI and strategic campaigns) in all the projects with the NSCs.
Conduct administrative processes within MARCOM scope as payments, Shopping Baskets, etc.
Identify cost saving opportunities in the projects.
Coordinate the calendar of events in the region.
Support and coordinate the implementation of the Customer experience tools.

Previous Work Experience
+5 years of cross functional experience within finance, marketing, business intelligence, OPD or product
