Daily actions to make sure that routes are effective for the planned day, need little remote technical assistance, cost the company the least amount of money, and fulfill customer promises.
Responsibilities: Reaches out to clients. As a spillover from the Service Order function, creates service orders (add-ons, corrections). Responds to customer support issues that have escalated. Relates to unplanned absence. Examines and escalates unique order requirements that can alter the balance of the workload. Feedback is given on call volume, group specialization, road speed, and any other factor that could enhance or have an impact on the routing algorithm. Send and respond to messages as requested by the company.
