Responsibilities

• Data Entry for large batch client annual statements and reviews
• Review statements and reviews for accuracy, check against documents and database, and forward the review to the client
• Create reports and spreadsheets to monitor and track client information
• Be able to answer basic questions about the documents that are being sent to clients
• Cross-Train in other areas of the company to understand other aspects of business
• Act as basic customer service for clients/agents

Core Competencies Required

• Fast paced and able to communicate with other team members
• Strong attention to detail and good at quality control
• Ability to seek out answers using independent research
• Microsoft Word, Excel experience required
• Good communication and email skills (grammar, spelling, etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
