Responsibilities
- Provide support for the facilities and facility staff remotely by checking any pending tasks and helping to follow up, remind and complete
- Perform various duties including answering incoming calls and routing them to appropriate personnel.
- Perform various duties related to answering the door and receiving and sending packages.
- Assist in out-of-office errands and tasks on occassion
- Support Records Department, in areas to include phone calls with patients, internal staff and record requests
- Using organizational tools such as Asana for organizing tasks for staff and front desk agent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
