We are seeking an enthusiastic Brand Designer to take the lead in shaping and elevating our visual identity across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with our creative, marketing, and product teams to create compelling and industry-leading designs that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic creative thinker who can implement a cohesive brand identity across digital and print assets. Responsibilities:

• Create impactful graphic campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while elevating our brand’s visual identity
• A strong passion for brand storytelling and a deep connection to current trends and the cultural landscape
• Exceptional taste level with an advanced understanding of typography, color theory and layout design
• Ability to marry brand-forward creativity with a performance mindset
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to concept and execute creative against strategic briefs
• Own the development of campaign toolkits and presentation decks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and justify your design decisions clearly
• Proactively identify and address challenges and consistently communicate with team members and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work spanning digital and print
• 3-5 years of experience in brand design, agency and sportswear experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma, motion design and animation skills are a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects and meet all necessary deadlines
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness to changing business priorities and feedback
