Starting Pay: $17-21 Based on Experience
The Nor-Am Customer Service Representatives are the direct link to our customers and carriers through detailed communication and first-class customer service.
Common tasks
- End-to-end communication with our customers
- Data entry which includes, but is not limited to, preparing shipment details, bill of lading, receipts, export documentation, and other customer or government-required documentation
- Works positively in a team environment
- Liaison for Nor-Am customer’s products and needs
- Maintains focus in a fast-paced environment
- Working within the Nor-Am WMS (warehouse management system)
- Participate in any required training surrounding safety, food safety, and systems

Requirements:
Preferred Experience and Education
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- 3 years of experience working in warehouse management systems
- Positive attitude
