· Support end-to-end recruitment cycle of various positions

· Manage end-to-end intern recruitment cycle

· Uploading of Job Advertisements on online platforms

· Coordinate and arrange for interviews

· Collecting documents from candidates

· Proposing potential candidates to hiring managers for approval

· Conduct Reference Checks

· Support Offer & Acceptance Process

Employee On-boarding

· Furnishing of employment letters

· Calling and emailing candidates to make job offer

· Arranging for commencement date

· Follow up on contract signing

· Support in liaising with hiring managers for effective induction programs to support smooth transition into the business

· Conduct induction presentation sessions for new joiners on their first day in the support office

Administrative and Supplementing Projects

· Update of employee listing and information

· Crafting of presentation decks for HR projects as and when needed

Key attributes:

· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management of equivalent

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Effective time management & prioritization skills

· Creative, meticulous with an eye for details

· Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
