Are you looking for a career that will allow you to work from home and put forward your customer service skills? You prefer chatting rather than talking over the phone? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you within the Canada Post team.
What your day will look like
As a chat specialist, you will provide chat support to assist and respond to Canada Post customers’ various requests such as their delivery status, redirected mail, rates, and general inquiries. In the event of a reduction in the volume of chat requests, you will also be trained to answer phone calls. This is a versatile position that will allow you to seamlessly combine the two roles depending on business needs. Add to this the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home – what could be better?
Here’s what you need to join the team:
- Bilingualism (French and English);
- You can type quickly and accurately (50+ words/minute);
- Excellent communication skills – you know how to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
- You’re a solid multitasker, comfortable with a computer;
- You’re great at paying attention to details; solving problems is your strength;
- You must be able to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this in more detail with our recruitment team.

Be available to work up to 40 hours a week in the following time slots:
- Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm;
- Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 am and 21:00 pm.
