As a Customer Loyalty Specialist, you will assist the customers of Canada’s largest telecommunications company regarding their products and services. Thanks to your friendly nature, great listening and multitasking skills, you will discuss their needs and explore every option to offer the best solution possible. • Competitive base salary of $21.19/hour after training (inclues a premium of $4.25 on worked hours);

  • Monday to Friday from 7:00AM till 9:30PM EST;

• This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.

    Eligibility criteria:
    • Candidates must reside near the Nordia Nanaimo centre to be able to come to pick up their equipment before the training or travel there, if necessary.
    • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
    • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.

In this role, you will:

• Respond to various requests from clients to find the best solution adapted to their needs;
• Offer an exceptional customer experience by providing a warm and courteous service;
• Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent completed;
• Proficiency in a sales environment – We are looking for people who are motivated to achieve results!
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
• Friendly and helpful nature – You enjoy interacting with people and helping them find the best solution to their problem;
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
• Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
