3-5 yrs attorney experience in commercial transactions law, tech law, or corporate law. LOVES business and has a passion for working with start-ups and scale-ups/outs!

Admitted in California, New York, Colorado, or Texas (certain other Bar admissions will be considered)

Excellent references.
