The Receptionist is the first contact for internal and external visitors to the administrative support offices for the Division of Campus Enterprises and Procurement and Business
Services Office. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Respond to questions and/or directing visitors to the correct location
- Answer all incoming calls
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Contact person for copier issues
- Distribute and process mail in Campus Enterprises
