has an excellent opportunity for an energetic, diversified individual to join our team.
* General knowledge of facility maintenance, grounds keeping, snow removal and painting required.
* Ability to communicate effectively with others.
* Good interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to be available for snow removal during storms
