NFL Subaru is looking for a Customer Relations Manager that is in charge of ensuring excellent customer service and tier I CSI.
Roles & Responsibilities :
-Ensure all customers are happy and satisfied
-Ensure sales team is following up with their customers
-Create and implement new strategies to up customer service score
-Follow up with customer needs
-Train sales in regards to customer service role when necessary
-Find, create and coordinate Subaru Events
-Receive customer complaints with pro-active and solution oriented attitude.
-Respond to google reviews
-Redeliver the car to customers who have questions
