Local long-standing truck line North Park Transportation Co in Salt Lake City, UT has an immediate part-time Administrative Assistant opening. This is an in office position.

North Park Transportation is a Leader in Regional LTL Carrier Services, providing 75 years of Quality Service to Customers in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Pay Range: $17.00-$21.00/hour, OT on occasion

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general office duties such as data entry, mailing, filing, scanning and copying.

• Assist with processing manifests.

• Prepare and maintain daily paperwork to move freight.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

• Import, export, track and organize data.

• Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation.

• Works outside of general job description duties to assist others on an as-needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ experience general office experience.
• Strong typing and 10-key skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge and experience in the transportation industry.
• Experience with the AS400 operating system.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Salt Lake City, UT 84104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
