North Shore Medical Centre Looking for Medical Office Assistant at North Vancouver, BC Full Time

  • North Shore Medical Centre is a Methadone clinic , We provide a service for addiction and OAT ( Opiate Agonist Therapy)
  • Schedule and confirm medical appointments using the Electronic Medical Records system ( OSCAR)
  • Maintain office flow with essential interaction with our patients.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and record
  • Preferably Knowledge of Oscar EMR but not mandatory
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Preferably knowledge of basic addiction, working in addiction field but not mandatory
  • Work hours Mondays from 15:00 until 18:00 and Thursday from 10:00am to 13:00 . It is a fixed Schedule, Please don’t apply if it doesn’t match with your schedule
  • We preferably want to hire local employee form North shore but it is not mandatory

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 6 per week

Salary: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location: In person
