Responsible for developing and maintaining Core and other applications related scripts, programs, and associated code. Must have a strong ability to develop efficient and well documented code. A high attention to detail and a focus on collaboration is required.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:1. Collaborate with other IT and business units on current/proposed business processes to develop related scripts, programs, or code to meet end user requirements and expectations.2. Develop and document efficient code based on requirements and standards.3. Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain existing code and scripts.4. Suggest operational efficiency improvements based on user feedback.5. Keep up to date on the latest technology and industry trends.6. Develop an understanding and working knowledge of the credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, policies, procedures and appropriate software systems. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level.
