CCH Healthcare is looking for an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Napoleon, Ohio. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the facility.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Outstanding leadership

• Strong people management

• P&L experience

• Exposure and understanding of all state and federal regulations, including state surveys and plans of correction.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with a preference of 5+ years

  Requirements Include:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare

• Advanced degree in a healthcare related field preferred

• Must possess a current, unencumbered Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License

• Must possess demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement
