Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Manager role at Northern Rocks in Auckland, New Zealand. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bouldering facility, including staff management, customer interactions, scheduling, and facility maintenance. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retailers and suppliers around New Zealand, building our wholesale network and managing product sales. They will also be responsible for promoting a safe and welcoming environment for climbers of all backgrounds and skill levels.
