Northland Staffing Solutions is hiring for Packaging Operators in Eden Prairie, Hopkins and Richfield. Day and night shifts are available. We are looking for Packagers for our growing business. We are looking for people who like to work with their hands on small parts. The Packaging Operators goals are meeting production output and quality targets. The Packaging Operators will be working in a warehouse setting.

Requirements of the Packaging Operator:

• Previous manufacturing experience with small assemblies
• Good mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• High level of respect for workplace safety
• Must read, write, speak/understand English

Responsibilities of the Packaging Operator:

• Complete steps assigned toward finishing the assemblies
• Follow procedures as presented by Supervisor
• Review of your own work to ensure consistent and quality results
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Department Lead or Manager
• Able to work in a warehouse setting

Full Time: Pay $18.00-20.00 per hour
