Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Princ Millwright / Plumber Pipefitter to provide technical support to our Promontory Maintenance team at our Promontory facilities.
Role description & Responsibilities:
This Maintenance Crafts position performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, as well as new construction on plant facilities, and equipment. While this position will have an emphasis on Preventative Maintenance of existing and new equipment/tooling, the candidate will also be expected to perform other mechanical skills to maintain and repair industrial plant processing equipment such as, mixers, pumps, air compressors and cranes. Candidates with experience in other mechanical disciplines such as metal fabrication, welding, plumbing and pipefitting are preferred. Shift work and overtime are required and the successful candidate must pass a background check for the Federal Safe Explosives Act (SEA).
Minimum Requirements:
6 plus years, recent, work experience in the millwright field.
Knowledge and experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
Knowledge and experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing precision tooling and processing equipment.

Education/Certifications:
Salary Range: $61,000.00 – $101,600.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
