Northrop Grumman Aeronautics System has an opening for a Manager Business Management 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our MDC2 business unit. This role is located in Melbourne, FL.
This role will lead all Business Management activities associated with assigned areas of the International IPT within the Multi-Domain Command & Control (MDC2) business unit. The position will lead business strategy and coordinate multiple functional areas including Contracts, Cost & Schedule, Pricing & Estimating, Compliance, and Export Management. Develop and manage AOP/LRSP financial goals and oversee monthly financial reporting. Interface with internal and external Customers. Partner with the Director of MDC2 International programs and her management team to establish strategy, prioritize requirements and manage indirect, NCTA, Capital investments, and risk mitigation. Provide business oversight and oversee contract negotiation strategies for assigned programs. Integrate staffing and perform business base analyses. Position reports directly to the Director, MDC2 Business Management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 9 years of experience or 7 years with a Masters Degree with relevant business management experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
Ability to travel internationally

Salary Range: $125,700 USD – $188,500 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
