Northrop Grumman SSSD has an opening for a Sr. Digital Transformation Process Lead to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, California.
Responsibilities:
Partner with internal PLM process leads and external consultants to develop strategic SSSD PLM Digital Transformation Strategies
Transform Digital Transformation roadmaps into requirements and Digital solution designs
Collaborate and present solutions to digital transformation teams across multiple Space Divisions
Develop high level ROMs, project deliverables and project schedules.
Work with management and other leads to develop and execute on digital transformation objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 9+ years PLM or Digital Transformation experience, or Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 7+ years of PLM or Digital Transformation experience, or PhD Degree in a STEM discipline and 4+ years of PLM or Digital Transformation experience. Relevant years of experience (System/Software/CAD) to be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience with Teamcenter Unified or similar PLM
Demonstrated Experience with Agile methodology and implementation
Demonstrated knowledge of system and model based system engineering
Experience with leading large enterprise application initiatives
Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct Digital Transformation Project Leadership
Experience Siemens Enterprise Digital Solution portfolio
Experience with NX CAD system or similar 3D CAD tool
Experience with MBSE tools such as Doors/Cameo
Experience with Dassault Systems 3D Experience Platform
Knowledge of DevSecOps
Knowledge of DoD Digital thread and Digital twin definitions
Salary Range: $125,500.00 – $188,300.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
