A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Academic Support Coordinator within the Educational Partnerships (Partnerships & Campuses) Team.
Reporting to the Academic Support Manager, you will coordinate and contribute to the provision of professional expertise and act as the main point of contact for designated areas of activity within the team. You will manage a small team and lead activities for programmes offered nationally and internationally.
The priorities of the role include tasks associated with the student journey, from application to graduation. Examples include assessment management, the provision of regulatory advice, examination board support, student record maintenance, management of programme handbooks, partnership relationship management.
A key part of the role is the development of expert knowledge of University and PSRB programme regulations that apply, along with the development of effective working relationships with key academic staff both at Northumbria University and Partner Institutions. You will work as part of a wider Academic Support Team.
