Job Overview:
Northwest Fabworks is looking to hire a dynamic member of our team in the sales and customer service department. This position will be involved in front-line customer service over the phone and helping customers (post COVID-19) attending our shop. Aside from customer service a successful applicant will conduct basic bookkeeping entry, administrative tasks, and sales support. This role is perfect for someone with an extremely positive attitude and self-starter tendencies. Growth opportunities into an Office Manager or Marketing position is possible within 24 months. The successful applicant will receive formal training from professional bookkeepers as well as training on ecommerce and sales CRM software. Applicants with an interest in 4×4 or automotive hobbies that also fulfill the appropriate personality traits will receive preferred placement.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Bookkeepers
2. Receive Training under Bookkeepers
3. Answer the phone and filter messages to the appropriate parties
4. Create follow up and close support tickets
5. Answer sales calls and generate leads and deals in Sales CRM software
6. Train to become a product expert
7. Access a database of support solutions to answer or elevate client questions or problems
8. Send and process credit applications
9. Process payments from clients
10. Pay vendors and invoices
11. Generate invoices based off quotes
12. Conduct general administrative tasks
13. Manage executive schedules and book appointments
14. Conduct client care calls and post-purchase follow up
15. Process payroll
16. Monitor Social Media and Discussion Platforms
17. Website Updates / Coordinate updates.
18. Execute Marketing Strategies

Skills:
Positive Attitude
Advanced Computer Skills
Sage 50 (Preferred but we are training all candidates)
Ecommerce platforms (Preferred but we are training all candidates)
Required Work Experience:
Experience in an automotive environment is preferred.
Experience in an office environment is preferred.
Experience in customer service and support is preferred.
Education:
Diploma or post-secondary education (preferred)
High school diploma (mandatory)
Automotive Technology (preferred)
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $37,440.00-$62,400.00 per year
