*** Our client is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant in the Springfield, MA area. Must have a Bachelors degree. ***

Schedule: FT, Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide Administrative Clerical, data entry support to Executive Director
• Coordinate Executive Director’s calendar and activities
• Scheduled online Zoom meetings , conference calls and in- person meetings
• Answer and make phone calls, opens/ sorts mail
• Develop and maintain filing system related to administrative functions
• Compose, proofread and sends a wide variety of correspondence, reports and documents via email, scan, fax and regular mail/overnight mail

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5 years related experience
• Microsoft Office application Knowledge
• At least 5 years of clinical experience
• Valid drivers License and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Microsoft Office application Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• clinical: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
