Our team is hiring for a staffing coordinator in the Amherst, NH area.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday (7a-3p, 7:30a-3:30p, or 8a-4p available)

Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Posting and managing job openings
• Utilizing payroll and scheduling system
• Answering a high-volume of telephone calls and emails
• Conducting a high volume of initial interviews
• Leading qualified candidates through employment processes
• Preparing resumes for clients
• Coordinating on site interviews, phone interviews, etc.
• Administrative support as needed
• Work consistently to meet goals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college experience preferred
• Experience as a staffing coordinator or recruiter
• Experience utilizing a staffing or recruiting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
