Are you an Emergency Clinician with a passion for health improvement?
We are excited to have received funding from HEE to support a Clinical Teaching Fellow post with a particular interest in health improvement. This is an opportunity to join our dynamic and friendly Emergency Medicine team. The post holder will work within the Department of Research and Education in Emergency medicine, Acute medicine and Major trauma for their fellowship time and will have the opportunity to work clinically in the Emergency Department (ED) up to full time hours. Our departments are committed to the Trust ambition of developing staff and delivering outstanding healthcare outcomes for patients.
Applications are welcomed for the position of Clinical Teaching Fellow in Health Improvement for a 12 month period starting in September 2022. This post would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has a particular interest in Health Promotion and it’s integration within the Emergency Department.

Join a welcoming, friendly and forward thinking workforce of 30 consultants, 63 Junior doctors of varying grades, 48 Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) and 21 Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENPs) /Urgent Care Practitioners, 200 nurses, 3 pharmacists and 115 Clinical Support Workers and Emergency Department Assistants. The ED at NUH is nationally renowned for its pioneering Advanced Clinical Practice service and its training and development of ACPs, recently appointing 6 ACPs to the Registrar rota.

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
