The Position
Manage and ensure performance efficiency for the entire warehouse operations
Drive warehouse operations system improvements by analysing process workflow and implementing improvements according to changing demand
Accomplish warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, training warehouse team, communicating expectations, reviewing contributions, and enforcing procedures
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures
The Candidate
- The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
- Degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in managing a Fulfilment warehouse or distribution centre
- Experience or knowledge in logistics (especially last-mile delivery) preferred
- Experience in warehouse process improvement and automation
- Data-driven- improvements suggested must be justified by sound data analysis
- Assist the organisation to increase its warehouse operation efficiency, improve on current processes and introduce automation when & where necessary
- Able to maintain operational visibility remotely.
- Able to work effectively and maintain amicable relationship with 3PLs and delivery agents
- Able to manage external vendors in terms of operational issues and billing
- Able to source creative ideas on how best to improve the delivery network
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Enthusiastic and keen learner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where you contribute directly to the goals of the company
- Be Bold and different – be willing to challenge industry norms and be the disruptor ho brings positive change to the industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational warehouse systems such as TMS &WMS
Salary arrange $3500.00 – $3800.00
