About our Role:

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Geospatial Software Engineers to join our collaborative Geospatial team. A consultative approach to working with clients is a key enabler for this role.

Please note that we are open to candidates from Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide.

Your typical day could look like:

• Deliver technical projects focused on geospatial platform configuration, customization, and deployment
• Use geospatial (GIS) software and processes to perform spatial data analysis, visualization, and translation
• Assist in the development of project requirements and solution design while working in an agile environment
• Support the optimization, maintenance, and upgrade of geospatial platforms

What we would like from you:

• A degree in associated business disciplines (Geomatics, Land Information, Geography, Computer Science, Information Technology, Remote Sensing)
• Demonstrated experience with commercial or Open-Source geospatial platforms such as ESRI, FME, Mapbox, Geoserver, Leaflet, or Google
• Skills and experience in the automation of geospatial software and data processes using modern scripting languages, such as Python
• Working knowledge of the software development life cycle, software deployment processes and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and customer facing role
