Novaris Search Hiring for Senior Director of Operations at United States Full Time
Novaris Search have partnered with a large veterinary consolidator who are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Operations to lead their team across IN, OH & MI.
The Sr Director of Operations will be responsible for +40 GP locations across teh region. To be considered for this role, you must be located in Indiana, Ohio or Michigan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing managers in a veterinary medicine consolidator
- Experience managing P&Ls of $50M or more.
- Strong background in multi-site veterinary operations, demonstrating success in optimising efficiency and quality across various locations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across MI, IN & OH
