Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Front Office Manager to join our leadership team at Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires a collaborative team player, who is highly motivated to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

You will ensure the hotel’s front office operations run effectively, and lead your team to focus on the guest experience and provide outstanding service.

Job Description

• Oversee daily front office operations with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Monitor VIP/special guests and their requests to ensure loyalty is maintained
