What you will be doing:

• Provide Food & Beverage service that exceeds guests expectations by being efficient, friendly and professional
• Maximising revenue by being confident to up-sell items
• Assist with special requests/preferences
• Provide table service, taking orders and entering accurately into Micros software
• Cleaning/resetting tables
• Set up and break down of conference rooms

Work Experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills and self confidence
• Good communication skills

• Energetic, team focused, fun attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of initiative
• Excellent customer service skills
• Micros experience preferred
