The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, the Leader of Operations will be responsible for the growth and delivery of our New Zealand business. You will implement processes and controls, and utilise available resources to achieve sustained growth and win and deliver quality work and value for clients across New Zealand.
We are seeking an individual with strong stakeholder management and communication skills to lead and expand our NZ business within the National Transport Research Organisation umbrella.
This exciting leadership position will suit someone with extensive technical knowledge in the Transport Infrastructure sector.
We are looking for an individual who is hands on, can demonstrate experience setting up, mentoring and growing a small team of professionals. Having previously built strong relationships within the transportation sector including government and private clients throughout New Zealand.
