We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team for an initial contract with the immediate requirement fulfilling 330 hours SOW as part of a home drive to one drive migration. This position will operate within a hybrid model on 2-3 days per week expected on site with the customer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document technical requirements ahead of a home drive to one drive migration
• Assess, categorise and document users ahead of migration
• Document and create process flows for end user data migration
• Identify and document risks and remediation plans as part of the migration
• Collaborate with service owners to patch, remediate and resolve server vulnerabilities
• Assist with post migration acceptance testing

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated experience as an IT infrastructure Business Analysis
• Prior experience with Home drive to One Drive migrations or M365 migrations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable with consulting and leading workshops
• Happy to work onsite with the customer 2-3 days per week in a hybrid model
