We are looking for Service Desk Analysts as an expression of interest who are interested in 3-6 month contracts. This position is pending business approvals.

Working at NTT

• Respond to and log IT service desk tickets in the ticketing system
• Provide 1st level support and troubleshooting to tickets
• Document and escalate the ticket accordingly
• Troubleshoot Windows environments
• Manage and create new user accounts and mailboxes
• Provide L1 advice for M365 applications and connectivity to corporate network issues
• Follow ITIL methodologies and best practices

What will make you a good fit for the role?

• Bachelors of IT highly desired
• ITIL certification
• Any experience working in a Service Desk or Help Desk environment
• Familiarity and ability to operate in a L1 capactiy across the following technologies
• M365
• Azure
• Azure AD
• Exchange Online
• MS Teams
• Powershell
• Windows 10
• ServiceNow
• Jira
