-Server experience 1 year or more
-Very strong customer focus
-Good sense of oversight – Able to the scan both your section and the room and identify and prioritize issues quickly
-Strong and relaxed under pressure
-Accountable and Dependable

A Good understanding food allergies and restrictions are preferred and an interest in healthy living is a plus. **Wine knowledge is preferred.
