Nudge Education has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Lead to join our team within the FASD and Complex Case service. The right candidate will have particular knowledge and experience of complex neurodevelopmental profiles and conditions such as Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD), Attachment and Early Life Trauma. We are looking for someone who is passionate and motivated to change the trajectory of education and life for those individuals whose needs can not be met or are not being met in a formal provision.

Regular tasks are likely to include:

• Support the Service Lead in the day to day running of the service inline with aims and objectives in order to meet targets

• Communicate with commissioners ensuring a positive and collaborative working relationship is maintained with the students needs at the centre

• Meet with Case Manager(s) to maintain oversight of student progress

• Check in with Recruitment and Referrals teams for updates on progress of new Education Experts

• Interview potential candidates for FASD and Complex Case Education Experts

• Communicate with parents of students to gain feedback

• Attend a meetings with professionals around a child’s education journey
