Nudge Education has an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join our team based in Newcastle Although this can be carried out remotely. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis (08:30 – 16:30) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 – £26,000 per annum.
The role:
You will be tasked with coordinating all day-to-day aspects of interventions, reporting any operational or quality issues to the relevant team within Nudge Education.
It is an important role in the organisation as it involves being first point of contact and communicating updates and information both internally and externally whilst keeping documentation current and organised on the Nudge Education system.
Key duties and responsibilities of our Case Manager:
- Setting-up and maintaining student files using our Google Drive system
- Maintaining and updating staff, associate and commissioner details using our Google Drive system
- Drafting and sending out printed and electronic communications using the appropriate language, tone and branding of Nudge Education
- Providing updates regarding commissions at regular points via meetings, reports and online systems
- Reviewing and approving weekly reports and session evaluations before disseminating to commissioners
Acting as first point of contact for Education Experts, Parents and Commissioners and passing on relevant information to stakeholders via phone and email
- Escalation of urgent safeguarding and operational matters to the Designated Safeguarding Lead Supporting the Operation and Communications Lead on regular and ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
- Undertaking relevant training and continuous professional development
- Promoting and supporting the ethos of Nudge Education to ensure our students and commissioners receive the highest levels of service
Qualifications and experience we’re looking for in our Case Manager:
- Knowledge of Google suite
- Knowledge of the Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) Sector
- Minimum of Level 2/GCSE Grade C/Grade 4 in English and Mathematics
- Safeguarding, Prevent Duty and Child Protection Training within last 12 months
- Experience of working within a SEN department of an educational establishment
- Experience working in care coordinator role is a very transferrable skill set
