With management or team leader experience under your belt, you’re ready to take the leap into a new environment and further hone your skills. We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a stand-out Assistant Store Manager to take our Hannahs Botany Store to the next level.

You’ll relish this opportunity to multi-skill across multiple areas, as you:

• Assist the Store Manager to develop and lead your team
• Constantly deliver excellent customer service
• Lead by example, meeting – or exceeding! – your sales and KPI targets
• Support and motivate your team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Meet the company’s merchandising standards to drive sales and create interest

Working alongside the Store Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Leading by example achieving sales and KPI targets
• Driving and motivating the team to achieve (if not exceed!) sales targets
• Developing and leading the team
• Merchandising to company standards to drive sales and create interest
• Store administration
• Being available to work up to 40 hours contracted Sunday to Thursday.
