Care Coordination – Hutt Valley
Are you an administrator looking for a new position in a team environment?
Care Coordination provides an older person’s needs assessment service, with a key role of helping people to be supported to remain safely at home.
We are seeking an administrator who will make a positive contribution within our small team of health professionals. The role requires that the successful applicant:
Experience in the health sector would be an advantage, but is not essential, as training will be provided.
This is a full time vacancy working between the hours of 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, and is based at our offices in Lower Hutt.
