Reports to Sr Mill Maintenance Planner

This position is located in (Rocanville, Saskatchewan, Canada) and not available for remote work.

What you will do:

• Assemble the asset hierarchal structure, BOM’s and inventory addition requests, and PM activity requirements in alignment to manufacturer/regulatory requirements for the mechanical assets including emergency systems
• Respond to scheduled and unscheduled callouts to ensure normal business operation of the Mill assets
• Assigned to evaluate and plan various types of work orders pertaining to shutdown or daily work
• Maintain comprehensive equipment specifications, records and histories for all production related industrial equipment and ensures the accumulation of accurate data
• Receive job requests and reviews them with the initiating parties and/or Planning/Mill Supervision to clarify any aspects of concern of the work request and to confirm the necessity of the job requests

What you will bring:

• Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC background with an Interprovincial Red Seal or a Technical Designation
• 3+ years in a proactive maintenance planner/scheduling or coordinating role
• 3+ years experience operating in an industrial maintenance environment
• Safety Commitment
• Strong knowledge of proactive maintenance cultural methodologies and materials management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
