The NVIDIA Data Center organization is seeking an experienced technology professional for the position of Program Manager to support product development and validation efforts for our Data Center Systems Product Development team. You will be responsible for working with cross functional teams and technologists to define, measure, manage, and report about complex server project validation efforts. You will work on cross-functional initiatives that support the release to market and sustaining efforts for NVIDIA Data Center based products. Providing clear leadership, direction, guidance and communication will be critical.
What you’ll be doing:
Independently build and update plans that achieve project objectives.
Work with cross functional team members to define and implement process flows.
Identify / track key milestones, evaluate / acquire / manage resources.
Define tasks, drive assignments, and manage progress.
Identify risks and develop / execute risk management plans.
Resolve issues with creativity and persistence, build long term improvement plans.
Interact with internal teams who engage with suppliers and vendors responsible for critical components.
Regularly provide senior management with project status reports, schedule updates.
Assist in improving existing working models, processes and help feedback to improve infrastructure.
What we need to see:
BS-EE/CS degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated Program Management experience.
7-10+ years of technical experience within the server industry, preferably within an engineering, validation or operations environment.
Consistent track record of leading the release of quality product into manufacturing.
Very strong leadership, facilitation, problem solving, and program management skills are required to be successful in this role.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and able to bring complex information into concise summaries.
Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, team oriented and collaborative interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with suppliers, vendors and/or customers.
Solid understanding of design, HW/SW testing, and issues surrounding the development of board level products.
Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues.

The base salary range is $152,000 – $235,750. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
