NW Staffing Resources is hiring an entry-level Onsite Coordinator to work on location with one of our largest clients in Warrenton, OR. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and gain valuable human resources and clerical experience.

LOCATION: Warrenton, OR.

SCHEDULE: Full time, Day shift. Overtime may be required during busy season.

SALARY & BENEFITS: $20.90 to $22.00/hour DOE.

THE ROLE

The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating employees for a large seafood processing company. This role includes answering phones, recruiting in the local community by reaching out to resources to promote job openings, administering applications and orientations, organizing and coordinating the workforce, maintaining employee personnel files, and a variety of other administrative tasks.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to speak English and Spanish is required, at least at a conversational level, as many of our workforce and applicants are Spanish speakers. Reading and writing skills in Spanish is not required, but highly preferred. This is a great opportunity to improve your Spanish skills while gaining on the job professional experience.
