NXP Semiconductors Hiring for Marketing Analytics Support / Analyst Job at Guadalajara Full Time

This position fulfills a critical support role for the Marketing Analytics Team. This function is instrumental in our successful support of data driven marketing at NXP.

This bright and energetic individual will have the opportunity to work within Adobe Analytics to build, refine and manage dashboards and segmentation that allow the company to effectively interpret and understand our marketing analytics data. This role has responsibility for handling both maintenance and requests for Adobe segments and dashboards directly from peers, the broader organization, Marcom and BL stakeholders.

We are specifically seeking someone who is ambitious and excited by the opportunity to learn the infrastructural fundamentals behind the Adobe analytics data and apply that knowledge to the management of the Adobe analytics segmentation. This person will have the opportunity to partner with a senior member of the Marketing Analytics Team to learn the space, accelerate their learning and establish best-in-class processes. This person will learn the analytics space and will have the opportunity to do some analysis as they learn and grow upward into our next analyst!

This role demands an analytical aptitude and general curiosity of how things work!

Successful candidates will come with experience in the following:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in business, data analysis, or similar
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable in communicating directly with various stakeholders within the organization, Marcom, BL
• Global experience – working with regional teams
• Familiarity with foundational elements of data driven marketing strategy
• Analytical aptitude
• Reasonable level of experience and comfortability with data, data management, for purposes of reporting and analysis; usage of enterprise tooling
• Competency in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics tool/data especially appreciated!

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology or other quantitative discipline.
