Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will play a leading role in the Marketing Enablement Team of BL AA, working very closely with the Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and Global Sales & Marketing team, as well as the BL leadership to create successful marketing collaterals to win at our customers. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in effective communication skills and will focus on the following goals:

• Prepare New Product Introduction (NPI) collateral material for sales, distribution partners and customers
• Build successfully relationships with Product Lines to support NPI launch objectives.
• Build a reputation of being the go-to person to support NPI launches.
• Manage collaterals (product presentations, customer presentations, etc.)
• Coordinate internal training video production
• Coordinate internal BL meetings and events

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in marketing, technical publication and/or product support in the electronic industry (semiconductor knowledge is a plus).
• Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills; very organized.
• Program Management skills.
• Experienced in providing technical trainings and customer presentations. Responsible for creating NPI distribution material and supporting NPI launch communication.
• Attention to details. Ability to review marketing collaterals.
• Proven track record of quickly learning new technologies.
